FAIR / GRADE C - Item is in Average Condition with heavy signs of usage. May contain scratches, scuffs, blemishes and/or discolouration. Tested in full working order (item may be dirty through poor storage)

FACTORY SECONDS - Item As New with cosmetic marks caused by poor handling or production line defects. (may also still come in the original sleeve) Tested in full working order (packaging may be slightly damaged through warehouse handling)
OEM REFURB - Item has been Refurbished using new OEM parts to help restore to original new condition. May show signs of minor usage. Tested in full working order.
